HomeGuard Let can provide buildings cover, contents cover or a combination of both.  It protects against damage due to perils including storm, flood, escape of water and fire.

Buildings insurance

• Full accidental damage cover to the building included as standard.
• Unlimited sum insured on buildings – so you can never be underinsured.
• There is no charge for paying monthly.
• Alternative accommodation for your tenants.
• Property Owners Liability cover up to £2,000,000.
• Option to have cover for white goods, curtains and carpets.

Contents insurance

• Contents cover up to £40,000
• Contents in garden covered up to £250
• Public liability cover of up to £2,000,000

Options

• Home Emergency cover
• Legal Expenses
• Option to add Accidental Damage cover
