Nathan Butler

A Building Surveying graduate, Nathan has spent his entire career working within the property sector, with his core area of expertise lying within the residential new build sales market.

Nathan also has a huge breadth of knowledge on the sale and acquisition of land, the Private Rented Sector (PRS) and development appraisals.

Nathan leads the Residential Development teams for Countrywide across the North of the UK, from Essex and Watford in the South up to Dundee in the North.
