Prime estate agent John D Wood & Co., with a network of offices across London, Surrey and the South of England, announce that they are moving their Chiswick office into larger premises.
The new office will occupy the corner position at 45 Turnham Green Terrace, and will bolster their presence as sales and lettings experts in the W4 area. The team will continue to be led by Branch Manager Julian Masson and Lettings Manager Laura Purvor.
Plans to expand operations were initiated by the growth in local demand. John D Wood & Co. has seen a 67%* increase in people looking to buy within reach of W4.
Despite market challenges such as the cost of living crisis and rising interest rates, the demand for family houses continues. The price of detached family homes in Chiswick has increased by 16.2% while semi-detached houses have increased by 27.4% on average in the last 12 months** – John D Wood & Co. has seen an average of 20+* viewings per property, demonstrating the demand in the market.
