Policy features

Buildings insurance

• Full accidental damage cover to the building included as standard.
• Unlimited sum insured on buildings – so you can never be underinsured.
• Monthly premiums - we make no charge for paying monthly.
• Alternative accommodation for your tenants.
• Property Owners Liability cover up to £2m.
• Option to have cover for white goods, curtains and carpets.

Contents insurance

• Contents cover of £40K
• Contents in garden covered up to £250.
• Public liability cover of up to £2M.

• Home Emergency cover
• Legal Expenses
• Option to add Accidental Damage cover to Landlords Contents

Terms and conditions, exclusions, limitations and eligibility criteria apply. These are contained within the policy booklet, a copy of which is available on request.

Insurance policies are underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc, with the exception of Legal Expenses, which is underwritten by AmTrust Europe Limited, and Home Assistance, which is underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA, a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA Assistance SA and part of the worldwide AXA Group.
