Countrywide acquires The Letting Bureau in Colne

Countrywide Plc, the UK’s largest property services group, has increased its regional footprint in Colne, Lancashire by acquiring ‘The Letting Bureau’ lettings agency.

The Letting Bureau operates out of a single branch at 3 Primet Hill in Colne, managing and letting properties throughout the East Lancashire area including Burnley, Colne, Trawden, Barnoldswick, Padiham, Whalley, Haslingden, Helmshore and Bacup. The company prides itself in providing a highly professional and friendly service to both landlords and tenants and currently manages over 200 properties.

The Letting Bureau will rebrand as Entwistle Green from 9 May 2016 and all its employees will continue to work in their current roles while benefiting from Countrywide’s shared marketing and IT services, national scale and unrivalled property market insight.
