Countrywide plc, the UK’s largest integrated property services group, has won three accolades at The Negotiator Awards 2015.These accolades include Large Lettings Agency of the Year, Employer of the Year and the bronze award for Property Management Company of the Year.

Countrywide fought off strong competition from over 235 entries to win the awards at the gala ceremony, which was held at The London Hilton Hotel on Tuesday 3 November.  The awards are voted for by an independent panel of industry experts and attended by the property industry’s brightest talent.

Commenting on the success Sam Tyrer, Retail Managing Director, Countrywide plc, said:

“We are delighted to win three top awards. It is a testament to the ongoing commitment of our employees, who work hard to ensure that all our customers receive a consistent and high level of customer service, and it’s great to see that this has been recognised by a panel of industry judges.

“As the UK’s largest property services group, we are responsible and dedicated to bringing people and property together and making sure all our customers are united with their dream home.  We do this by developing a deep understanding of our customers and their needs. Earlier this year we launched our fourth lettings Graduate Management Programme, a two-year programme that equips graduates and our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to build a successful career.

“This is our fifth time being named Large Lettings Agency of the Year since 2009, which again shows our continued and dedicated commitment to the industry.”

The Negotiator Awards 2015 was attended by over 700 guests and was presented by comedian and impressionist Alistair McGowan. A silent auction was also held, which raised £7000 for the national charity Crisis, which is dedicated to helping eliminate the causes of homelessness.
