Countrywide Residential Lettings has announced its support and alignment to the SAFEagent mark – which allows consumers to easily recognise where their money is protected under a client money protection scheme.
SAFE – which stands for ‘Safe Agent Fully Endorsed’ – is recognised by Government and key industry organisations such as DPS, TDS, My Deposits, Ombudsman Services; Property, The Property Ombudsman Scheme, the Property Redress Scheme and CAB. It is fast becoming recognised as the mark to look for, in order to take the risk out of the rental sector.
Countrywide has also joined the SAFEagent Steering Group that oversees the nationwide SAFEagent campaign.
