Paul Wareham appointed Director of Field Operations of Countrywide Surveying Services

Countrywide Surveying Services, one of the UK’s leading surveying services groups, has appointed Paul Wareham as Director of Field Operations.

Handling over 30% of all residential mortgage valuations in the UK, Countrywide Surveying Services is an appointed valuer to major lenders in the UK and is one of the largest employers of residential surveyors and valuers, employing over 330 residential surveyors across the UK.

With over 30 years experience of the property and financial services industries, Paul has previously held senior management posts within Lloyds Banking Group, specifically at Colleys Surveyors and within the Halifax retail branch network. As Director of Field Operations, Paul will be responsible for maximising the operational efficiency of the group’s surveying workforce and assisting with the development of new products and services for Countrywide's extensive client base. He will report directly to Paul Chapman, Managing Director at Countrywide Surveying Services.
