Gary Needham appointed National Head of Land at Countrywide Land & New Homes

Countrywide Land and New Homes, the UK’s largest new homes agency, has appointed Gary Needham as its National Head of Land.

The Land and New Homes division has been identified as an area of key growth for the Countrywide Group, with over 40 new appointments from Sales Negotiators to Area Directors since the beginning of the year.

With over 20 years experience within the property sector, predominantly in Land, Gary has previously held senior management posts within a number of leading organisations, such as John Mowlem Homes, Beazer Homes and Taywood Homes. His last role was at Sequence, part of the Connells Group, where as Land Director he was responsible for building the company’s land portfolio and securing the largest fee by a land operator in Sequence’s history. As Head of Land, Gary will be responsible for growing the CountrywideLand team and is tasked with appointing six new Land operators before the end of 2013.
