Lettings Negotiator

Our dynamic Lettings Negotiators are the face of the business and assist the Branch Manager in developing and growing the business. They need to be excellent communicators, target-driven, proactive, and focused on providing our customers with a professional and exceptional service experience.

We have excellent opportunities across the UK for energetic, talented and dedicated individuals. An eye for business opportunities and initiative is a must. Experience isn’t necessary as we provide on-going training and coaching to help you develop and progress within Countrywide.

Branch Manager

Our Branch Managers enjoy the autonomy and responsibility for developing and growing their own lettings business, but with the training, support and additional resource that comes with working for Countrywide.

All of our Branch Managers have full responsibility for managing their branch budget and effectively achieving both income and profit targets, whilst motivating and inspiring performance from their team.

We have excellent opportunities for talented and target-driven individuals with a proven track record in sales and managing a team. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in business development, developing long-term client relationships, building market share and delivering exceptional levels of service. Experience within a lettings or estate agency background is preferred, however training will be provided to individuals from outside of the industry. It is a challenging role, but one with immense rewards!

Property Manager

Our Property Managers working within our residential lettings division manage over 39,000 properties across the country, and ensure our clients’ properties are looked after and well-maintained.

They liaise with our large client base of landlords (from new to the market buy to let investors, to professional landlords with large portfolios), tenants and contractors, and therefore need to be excellent communicators, possess exceptional organisation skills, and have an unfaltering customer focus.

We have excellent opportunities for problem-solving property managers with a positive attitude and an ability to get things done in both a proactive and reactive manner. You’ll need an in-depth understanding of the legislation governing the lettings industry, and assume responsibility for check-in/check-outs, property visits, critical safety, property maintenance, refurbishments, deposits, and general day-to-day queries. This role is not for the faint hearted - it’s demanding, it’s challenging and it’s fast-paced!
