Case Progressor

To proactively progress transactions through inbound and outbound telephone calls, ensuring effective communication between CCS, customers and Estate Agents. You will deal with a high volume of inbound calls from a variety of internal and external sources, maintaining a high level of professionalism and progressing the cases through the workflow management system as directed by your Team Manager or Senior Case Progressor.

Within the role you will be required to gain a basic understanding of the conveyancing process for sales and purchases.

To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to communicate and present information effectively and persuasively, with the ability to be clear and confident. Building customer satisfaction is key within this role; you must act on customer feedback received and manage customer expectations by providing all relevant information.

Out of Hours Case Progressor

As above (15 hours per week – evenings and weekends)

We are open 7 days per week, and are open in the evenings until 8pm Monday to Friday. We have staff coverage for 14 hours per day, and because we work in teams, we provide continuous service during all opening hours.

Senior Case Progressor

In this role you will proactively progress transactions managing in and outbound telephone calls to ensure effective communication, and build relationships between CCS, customers and Estate Agents.

You will monitor the quality of calls and proactively seek out coaching opportunities within the customer management team with the objective of maintaining and improving overall performance.

Successful candidates will also actively manage call backs on the legal team to ensure Service Legal Agreements are met.

With excellent communication skills together with a clear focus on quality and service, successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team in a fast moving environment.

You will have experience of dealing with high volume calls and be able to show a high level of attention to detail, adopt a structured and integrated approach to your work and have excellent time-management skills, ensuring that all activities and tasks are undertaken promptly and proactively.

Property Lawyer

To own and manage the legal aspects of the conveyancing process, pre-exchange on normal transactions, and on complex transactions, subject to supervision. In the role you will be accountable for the due diligence on the file, all dealings with other lawyers and other legal aspects on normal residential property transactions up to and including exchange of contracts, and on complex transactions subject to supervision.

You will assess the risk on every transaction, utilising your skills and experience, delivering pragmatic decision making and legal advice to the customer and business partners. You will be responsible for the quality of legal advice given on every normal residential property transaction allocated to you.

You will have the ability to communicate and ensure implementation of company policies and procedures, plans and principles as well as ensuring that all activities and tasks required to be performed are undertaken promptly and proactively, prioritising where appropriate. Experience working on caseloads which include Freehold, Leasehold, and Shared Equity and New Build transactions is desirable and handling volume caseloads is essential.

Key Account Executive

Responsible for building, maintaining and managing strong professional relationships with Estate Agency branches and legal teams in order to ensure that the workload of cases managed with each branch is effectively and efficiently transacted.

You will manage a continually changing list of predicted exchanges and report on your team’s pipeline of activity on a daily basis.

As the primary point of contact between your team and each Estate Agency in your account, you will proactively manage all issues as they arise, seeking to maintain the highest level of service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales or relationship management type position, and will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels in a persuasive manner together with the skills to prioritise fluctuating workloads and demands.

Any experience in the estate agency, legal or financial services environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
