Countrywide scooped over 80 awards at the ESTAS awards across England, Scotland and Wales branches.
Accolades include the coveted Gold Award for ‘Best National Estate Agent’ and ‘Best National Lettings Agent’, alongside 19 Bronze, 15 Silver and 13 Gold Regional awards. Countrywide were also recognised for 33 ‘Best in County’ awards.
As well as the National, Regional and Local nominations, out of 25 shortlisted, Countrywide were represented by seven finalists in the ESTAS People Awards category; recognising individuals for customer excellence in the property industry. Karl Taylor of Andrew Reeves, Beckenham was announced as one of the five overall winners.
Countrywide is the UK's largest integrated property services group, including the largest estate agency and lettings network.
Celebrating their 17th year running, the awards were hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer via live streaming, the first ever virtual ESTAS ceremony held on Friday 19 April 2020. The ESTAS is an independent national award scheme dedicated to recognising exceptional estate and letting agents across the country. The winners are decided purely on the basis of customer feedback.
Paul Chapman, National Managing Director for Sales and Lettings proudly celebrated these successes; “This is a real testament to the hard work and effort that everyone in our business puts in to keep our customers moving. This year has been particularly tough given the challenges we face as a result of Covid-19, so it makes these wins and customer recognition even more special.”
