Countrywide, the UK’s largest integrated property services group’s Conveyancing business has been recognised for outstanding workplace training by The Princess Royal Training Awards Commission (PRTAs).
Established by global skills development body City & Guilds Group and now in their fourth year, the PRTAs recognise employers with outstanding training and development programmes that have had a direct impact on business performance.
All recipients were subject to a rigorous assessment process and will receive their Awards from HRH The Princess Royal at a ceremony held in London in October.
Darren Hall, Director of Operations, Countrywide Conveyancing Services said: "We’re delighted, this really is fantastic recognition for our industry leading lawyer training programme, and more importantly it is recognition for all of our people that work tirelessly, day in and day out to make sure that the lawyers of the future receive the best training possible. We are a business who build our people, and in turn they then build our business, I couldn’t be more proud."
Chris Jones, Chief Executive of the City & Guilds Group said: "It is hugely encouraging to see businesses prioritising skills development in areas where we are seeing the most pressing skills gaps – such as leadership. In a period of increasing uncertainty, we need organisations who are willing to go the extra mile in developing talent fit for the future. We look forward to celebrating and sharing the inspirational work of all the PRTA winners who have so unequivocally demonstrated measurable results from their training."
The news comes on the back of Countrywide’s recent award wins at The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2019 'Best Conveyancing Firm of the Year – Wales' and highly commended in the category of 'Outstanding Commitment to Training' whilst Claire Wright, a member of the team was celebrated and commended for being 'Conveyancer of the Year'.
High commendations were also gained at the 2019 What Mortgage Award for 'Best Legal Services Provider (Countrywide Conveyancing Services)', 'Best Survey Provider (Countrywide Surveying Services)' and 'Best Mortgage Broker, Over 40 Advisers (Countrywide Mortgage Services)' in recognition of our on-going commitment to exceptional customer service.
