Using our unique estate-agent finder system, we automatically link a property's postcode with all local estate agents, including those owned by Countrywide, within a predetermined radius. We then match the property to one suitable estate agent according to the property type, size and location.
Energy Performance Certificates are compiled promptly and accurately to make sure that any delays in the selling process are minimal.
Countrywide is also able to generate sales of property through auction, should the circumstances be applicable. As the UK's largest regional property auctioneers we specialise in achieving smooth sales and high returns for auctioned lots.
