This access to detailed management information allows lenders to allocate resources efficiently. The receivers are also able to produce additional bespoke periodic reporting as required.
The exit strategies are produced following consideration of all data available and cover a wide spectrum of options ranging from holding the property as an income producing asset to immediate disposal.
