Contact UsOur in-house Surveyors operate using market leading tablet PC technology to collate, prepare and quality control our valuation reports and customer surveys. We require all of our Panel Valuers to undertake similar reporting and control requirements.
We employ qualified Chartered Surveyors who are also RICS Registered Valuers to provide advice and support within our central teams. They act as a sounding board on policy matters, surveyor guidance together with fraud & risk and construction issue. Members of our senior management team represent their peers within the sector this includes:
• Chairing the RICS Residential Survey and Valuation Group
• Acting as a members of the Council of Mortgage Lenders Valuation Panel
• Advisory Board of Asset Skills
• Representing surveying practice in Scotland as part of RICS Scotland
We are an ISO 27001:2005 certified business (the only Surveying business in the UK to hold this certification) and take the management and confidentiality of information seriously. As part of our accreditation we have developed policies and procedures to ensure information standards are embedded within our organisation and subject to periodic testing.
