Award-winning Countrywide Residential Lettings, part of the UK's largest lettings and estate agency group, has launched its fourth Graduate Management Programme, in order to source the best and brightest talent to join its expanding business team.
The two-year programme will equip graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful career at the UK’s largest and most successful lettings agency. The first year focuses on developing candidates understanding of the business and the various roles within it, while the second year focuses more on management. Full training and development as well as coaching and mentoring will be given to graduates throughout the management programme.
Since 2012, 41 people have been recruited through its Graduate Management Programme over the course of four intakes. The first and second cohort have now finished the programme and have succeeded in very different career paths including a Student Lettings Manager, Regional Trainer and Customer Care Manager and three Branch Managers.

The fourth intake of successful graduates from across the UK recently completed a three-day induction course at Countrywide House, the Group’s Head Office in Milton Keynes. In addition, the graduates also received the keys to their company car.
