The Trainee Property Lawyer Programme was re-launched in November 2013 and has more than 35 trainees. As qualified Property Lawyer members of the programme they will qualify for the performance related and loyalty bonus schemes offered by CCS.

Commenting, Sue Spurgeon, Chief Operating Officer, Countrywide Conveyancing Services:

“I would like to say congratulations to all our newly qualified Property Lawyers who have successfully graduated from our Trainee Property Lawyers Programme. The level of success we have achieved during these programmes is not only testament to the sheer hard work and determination of the trainees themselves but also the quality of the training.

“The aim of the programme is to provide comprehensive legal training and practical application of the training in order to give trainees the skills, knowledge and expertise to provide our customers with quality driven conveyancing and excellent customer service.

“We look forward to attracting more talented trainees as the Countrywide Conveyancing Trainee Lawyer Programme goes from strength to strength.”

Commenting on the Trainee Property Lawyers Programme, Sharon Howard, Training Academy Team Manager:

“The Training Academy is a programme which focuses on the recruitment, training and investment in people to support continued growth in our business.

“We recruited external candidates who had no prior experience but were looking for a career in Conveyancing. We also gave internal candidates who had demonstrated potential and the right attributes the opportunity to progress in the programme.

“The aim is to provide the appropriate training and practical application of the training to give participants the skills, knowledge and experience.  This in turn provides our customers with comprehensive and quality driven Conveyancing while delivering excellent customer service.

“The academy has proved to be a great success and the Property Lawyers have already proved themselves to be committed and hard working and are without doubt, assets to our business.”

Commenting on the Trainee Property Lawyers Programme, Natalie McGuiness , newly qualified Property Lawyer:

"I think the training academy is a fantastic idea. The programme was delivered to a high standard with information which we could readily use and in a format that was easily understood.  I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my time on the academy and it is fantastic that CCS are committed to producing 'home grown' talent and investing in its people."
