Next Intelligence, part of Mortgage Intelligence, today announces that directly authorised members of its Mortgage Club will now have access to a telephone protection help desk.
After a successful pilot of the service which was launched earlier this year, feedback from members has been very positive. Advisers say that the help desk provides them with the tools and support needed when offering a tailored protection solution to customers, including research and sourcing guidance from whole of market providers for mortgage protection, income protection, critical illness and life insurances.
The service removes the need for advisers to liaise with product providers, giving them more time to concentrate on advice needs, rather than making numerous phone calls to check the individual circumstances.

The increased level of mortgage business and the recent implementation of the Mortgage Market Review (MMR) have put advisers under extreme pressure, not only to provide the best advice to customers but also to manage much heavier levels of administration”
