Mortgage Intelligence to embark on a nationwide series of road shows for their AR network and DA Club members

Mortgage Intelligence is holding a series of business development road shows at 12 venues across the country in May and September, covering key issues that could affect business for both their Appointed Representatives and Directly Authorised club members this year.

The business development road shows called ‘MI Live’ will commence in Leeds on 13th May and finish in Fareham on 18th September. With the main focus on business changes and opportunities post MMR, the half day sessions are a series of workshops covering mortgages, protection and general insurance.

The workshops will look at a post MMR world and the areas that advisers need to be aware of going forward, and the potential effects on their businesses. 

In the lead up to MMR, much media coverage was about lender changes to their systems and criteria, to ensure all advisers are operating as they should be. But Mortgage Intelligence believes that 2014 is the year of the broker with many opportunities and therefore it is important to take stock and review your businesses now.

With mortgage business on the increase, it is key to ensure that all the clients’ needs are still met and Mortgage Intelligence will be offering tips and new ideas to highlight how those areas can be covered.  The world has moved on from the era of technology to the era of customer service, and every industry is looking at how they can improve customer service by adding value to the customer experience. These road shows will look at getting the right focus to increase business opportunities but at the same time provide an excellent customer service.
