Countrywide Land & New Homes, the UK’s largest new homes agency, has further expanded its Land division, not only through its recent acquisition of major commercial property business Lambert Smith Hampton, but also through the strategic expansion of its Land team, supporting its mission to deliver additional development opportunities for clients.

The business is in the middle of a two year growth strategy where £1 million will be solely invested into its Land division. As part of this strategy, five new Land Operators have been added to its national team this year, stretching from Scotland to Surrey and bringing a wealth of experience from both the corporate and independent environments. Their focus will be to advise clients with all planning and development matters in order to help maximise return and source additional land opportunities in their local areas, including Scotland, the South East and the North West.

This significant growth of the Countrywide Land Team builds upon the recent acquisition of Lambert Smith Hampton, one of the strongest regional commercial property advisor’s in the UK.

James Poynor, Managing Director of Countrywide Land & New Homes said:

“Our growing national Land Division means that developers can be directly provided with far more land opportunities across the UK market and be guided by an expert Land and Planning Team.

“This, with our recent acquisition of Lambert Smith Hampton, demonstrates the importance we’ve placed on providing developers with volumes of quality residential off-market land opportunities.

“As a fully owned proposition with a high level of expertise, our business is now in the unique position of providing an integrated commercial and residential land offering, delivering even greater results for our clients.
