Countrywide Land & New Homes, the UK’s largest land and new homes agency, has announced a partnership with Globespan Media, the publishers of Show House magazine and www.whathouse.co.uk, to run the first What House? New Homes Debate.
The event, taking place on 19th September at Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton, will bring together decision makers from some of the leading names within the new build sector and invite them to debate and shape the key issues currently affecting the new build industry with leading valuers and lenders.
Industry leaders from the UK’s largest surveyors, such as Countrywide Surveying Services, will outline how they are approaching the new build market with a panel debate, allowing the audience to question whether valuations are truly consistent.
Heads of new build lending at major providers such as Halifax, Nationwide and Santander will then set the scene for the future of new build lending, allowing the audience to ask whether lenders are doing enough to support the industry.
The panel discussions will be chaired by What House? and Showhouse Editor Rupert Bates, who will end the event by asking how the new build industry can drive the demand for new homes and promote itself to the consumer.
Rupert Bates, Editorial Director of WhatHouse? said:
