Countrywide, the UK's largest property services group, including the largest estate agency and lettings network, has entered the Estate & Letting Agent Awards for the fourth consecutive year.
The awards, known as the ESTAS, measures the quality of customer service provided by agents through the home buying and selling process, and are the only industry awards based purely on votes of buyers and sellers throughout the UK. For the past four years, Countrywide has been recognised as 'Best Estate Agency - Large Chain'.

These awards help agencies to focus on customer service levels and that's why so many sign up each year.
