Countrywide Residential Lettings, the largest and most successful lettings agency in the UK have recently launched the first Graduate Management Programme for their lettings division. Countrywide's strategy is based on achieving results for its clients through investment in talented people. This exciting programme for graduates recognises Countrywide's commitment to enhancing and developing the very best talent in the industry while ensuring their future success.
The core focus of the business is on developing talent and significant emphasis is placed on staff development and internal career enhancement. This new Graduate Management Programme will involve 12 graduates working alongside current recruitment and training programmes to maintain and develop exceptional lettings teams throughout the UK.
Successful candidates will be integrated into a live working environment from day one, gaining real insight into the lettings industry, with extensive training and work experience in a range of placements across the business. Graduates will also be appointed a dedicated mentor for the length of their programme.
