Slater Hogg & Howison voted ‘Best Estate Agency in Scotland’

Slater Hogg & Howison was honoured with one of the property industries biggest accolades, last week, when it was crowned the 'Best Estate Agency in Scotland' at the 2011 Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

In association with The Sunday Times and The Times, The Estate Agency of The Year awards is recognised as one of the premier events in the estate agency calendar, rewarding excellence across the industry.

The Judges  highlighted the high standard of customer service across the agency and the passion of Slater Hogg & Howison employees' across the board. According to the Judges, "Slater Hogg & Howison really understands its market and offers a unique service coupling a customer centric, focused service with a value for money approach." The judges also commended the low level of staff turnover and attributed this to the continuous detailed training supplied to all employees and the constant refinement of back office systems to support staff and enhance the customer journey.
