So far in 2011, Countrywide received 24 awards for customer service from the Estate & Letting Agent Awards, including the top two coveted awards Best Large Estate Agent and Best Large Lettings Agent. The independent awards recognise and reward high standards of service and are unique as they are the only awards in the industry to be solely voted by customers.

The Countrywide Group is also held in high regard by its industry peers, having won nearly 90 high-profile industry awards since 2008. These coveted awards were judged by a panel of industry experts including senior personnel from the National Association of Estate Agents and the Property Ombudsman Service. They include a double win for Best Large Chain in the ESTAs for our lettings and estate agency networks, and a Best Surveyor award for Countrywide Surveying Services at the 2011 My Introducer awards. Other recent award wins include two Gold wins for our lettings agent network and Countrywide Mortgage Services at the 2010 Negotiator Awards and an award for Countrywide Surveying Services for Best Use of Technology Award in 2011 in from Mortgage Finance Gazette.

Estate Agency & Lettings Agent of the year: These independent awards, known as the Estas', recognise the best offices in the UK for delivering outstanding customer service. The Estas are the only awards of their kind in the industry and are based purely on the votes of buyers, sellers and landlords.
